Roasting

Lazy Sunday is light roast that is easy on the palate.  1kg of coffee beans  softens and transforms into warm to your senses. The cocoa flavors from Latin America smooth the brew whilst Africa offers citrus hints to bring balance. The result is a cup which can be enjoyed on its own or with cakes, milk chocolate or other sweets. It is a great match with lemon drizzle cakes and vanilla sponges.
